Andrew started A J Innes Real Estate, creating his own listing and marketing systems for the company and agents. Sales quickly dominated, selling 80% of all local developments, with a constant 35% exclusive residential market share. As Project Manager, he successfully completed and sold three residential land property developments. Further expansion came after purchasing and amalgamating a Ray White franchise with A J Innes Real Estate. Andrew has a real commitment, energy, and enthusiasm to purse his passion for marketing and selling large residential developments.
