Company Founder
Andrew Innes, Director and Principle of Portfolio8 has 20 years in the business. Starting his career in New Zealand Residential saw a diploma and strong work ethic develop. After 3 years a move to Australia joining a project marketing and development sales team gained him a well rounded base to build his knowledge and experience in the industry with investment property.
A return to New Zealand saw Andrew project marketing 3 different developments all successfully completed and sold out. Following that success Andrew started his own Real Estate Company, creating his own systems for the office and agents of which quickly started dominating apartment sales in the area with a 80% market share and a constant 35% exclusive residential market share. A view to expand came in April 2010 with the purchase of a Ray White franchise in Whitianga.
As Director, Portfolio8 is considered to be a small business that has huge potential. Our focus is to continue its growth in building a unique service in a market and time that is ready and prepared for change. The company is well grounded in experience and exudes confidence in its tailor made processes and procedures.
