After 6 years banking, I partnered with my husband, a successful licensed Builder, constructing land and house packages. While developing multiple builds, an opportunity arose to purchase a Real Estate Office on the Sunshine Coast.

There I qualified for my Real Estate certificates through the REIQ and started a Property Management team, of which quickly built a portfolio of 120 properties.

After selling our Estate Company and the kids living home, I looked for new challenges in a growing market with an exciting future. That opportunity presented itself through the trade market. Now, four years later, having dealt with many developers, multiple contracts, creating a solid network and my own property portfolio, I have established myself as a specialist in the trade industry. This has become extremely beneficial for both the vendor and purchaser as the negotiations of contracts require a professional approach that varies to your standard residential sales.

I attributed my success to a strong work ethic and genuine customer care. I ensure my clients are informed and kept updated personally right through the buying process, while working in with valuers, brokers, and solicitors. Although my passion is selling, my true love comes from the rewards of satisfied customers referring new business.
