MORE THAN JUST 30 YEARS LEGAL EXPERIENCE
Spire Law has been built on the very attributes that define our clients – commercial thinking, ambition, energy, determination and expertise. We are about genuine relationships with people, understanding their goals and combining our exceptional skills with modern technologies and workflows to deliver outcomes for our clients.
It is this approach that has seen Spire Law achieve big things in a short space of time and position itself as a provider of high quality commercial advice to businesses in construction and property, as well as small and medium businesses.
It is from the picturesque humble beginnings on Duporth Avenue in Maroochydore Spire Law has evolved to meet the needs of the Sunshine Coast’s increasingly diverse economy all while challenging the way conventional legal services are offered.
MORE THAN JUST 30 YEARS LEGAL EXPERIENCE
All lawyers have legal experience. But founders, Glen Carpenter and Grant Cunning, have a unique experience as they have both worked previously in in-house legal roles for large government or multi-national organisations. Through this experience, they gained a true understanding of what clients want when engaging lawyers and seeking legal advice, how that advice should be communicated and the importance of certainty around costs and timeframes.
They bring that knowledge to Spire Law where they impress upon the whole team the importance of initial communications surrounding expectations on costs and time and ensuring that the team not only meets but exceeds their client’s expectations, every time.
Spire Law is able to meet the changing needs of our clients by offering our specialised services on a fixed fee, retainer, and for some matters, on a no win, no pay basis. We assess each client and their matter individually and the owners of our business work with the owners of our client’s business to find a solution that achieves their commercial objectives.
We put our clients in a position where they can make fully-informed decisions by listening, understanding, advising on the risks involved and developing solutions that mitigate that risk. These attributes ensure we provide comprehensive advice that supports our clients to achieve their objectives.
Director Grant Cunning is known for his outstanding attention to detail and his ability to understand his client’s desired outcomes. He has a natural ability to build lasting relationships with his clients which has seen his property client base grow quickly.
